Inspired by the character of Julian Devorak from the Otome game "The Arcana", from Nyx Hydra.

I was proud of the face blood detail on my handsome medic: it stops where the surgical mask is supposed to protect the mouth. I quickly realized I would be the only one who noticed, so I decided to add it.
